After the advisory visit, we structure your project in several phases:

Summary Preliminary Project (APS)

This first step defines the layout and visual identity of your project. The file includes:

• Preliminary 3D sketches and perspectives

Final Preliminary Project (APD)

Technical refinement of the choices validated during the APS. The file includes:

• Detailed plans, sections and elevations
• Finalized 3D perspectives

Business Consultation File (DCE)

This document is used to launch the call for tenders to craftsmen and companies. It includes:

• Selection of materials and equipment
• Technical details book
• Precise description of the work (CCTP)
• Quantity table (DPGF)

Site coordination & management (OPC / DET)

We ensure the management of the stakeholders, compliance with the schedule and compliance of the achievements. Weekly meetings are organized, followed by a detailed report to ensure rigorous monitoring.
